The only way we can really find out how we can help, is to meet you! Initial consultations are free, at a location that is convenient and hot chocolate is always on us! We listen to your ideas and vision so we can then inform you about how The Little Wedding Helper can compliment those ideas and sprinkle some creative inspiration. No sales pitch, no catches. Just a get together over cake & tea & then it's up to you! We know that not every celebration is the same so we aim to tailor our fees to your needs but have a look at the services we provide and see which one suits you best!
Inspiration sessions
Perfect for the couple who have a vision for their celebration but not sure how to start bringing it all together. You may want some ideas for those personal touches that are unique to you, advice on suppliers, or even just someone who can focus in on what is important if you are feeling overwhelmed by everything and everyone. (We know how everyone likes to share ideas about how they did it and what's 'in' at the moment!) Don't be afraid to step outside the box, do something a little unique but most of all have fun doing it!
Inspiration sessions are £50 for 90 minutes in Bristol. Travel costs are added if the sessions are held outside Bristol.
On the morning styling
This service is perfect for the couple where time is a concern, and style is a priority. You have your venue booked, theme and decor planned, items bought, flowers ordered but are wondering who is actually going to bring it all together on the day! We provide that reassurance that we will style your ceremony and reception with love, care and attention to detail. This service include:
- Inspiration session to listen to your ideas & plans 4-6 weeks before the big day.
- A venue visit to establish how the decor is to be styled and where (& we can bring an extra pair of eyes to notice areas that we could be creative with!)
- A bespoke design plan based on your theme and colours with details of all suppliers.
- Collect all reception/ceremony decor at a mutually convenient time before the wedding so you know it is all taken care of with one less thing to worry about.
- Attend on the day of the event to style and ensure all the details and decor are decorated as discussed.
- Travel expenses are included if within Bristol and mileage charged if outside.

Full styling package
This service really does mean you have your very own wedding stylist on hand to assist and create the perfect celebration. After an initial consultation we have several inspiration sessions to discuss the creative aspects and decor design of your day. This will include:
- Developing a colour pallet and style for your wedding day.
- Advice on table decor, linens, flowers, chair covers and other details that we may create along the way.
- Liaise and organise items with suppliers, if needed.
- Create a mood board of your day and help source bespoke and beautiful items.
- Attend on the day of the event to style your venue or marquee and ensure all details and decor are set up as planned and discussed.
- Tie all your wedding details together for the most memorable and amazing celebration for you and your guests.
